Hana Ramen - Las Vegas

It's said Yokohama ramen. I don't see or taste anything like back home.Start with broth. It's water down.Noodle. Said thick but it was so thin. The server told me thin Noodle was even thiner. Omg how you can taste the noodle. But it wasn't even ramen noodles. It's looks straight out of the Indonesia instance ramen package. Noodles are overcooked and soft. I, my self alone pay over $40 with tips.1 goyxa1 miso ramen2 kirin beerOwner!Please respect the culture.Respect the customer who come to your restaurant.Please learn the real culture before you open up the restaurant the most of the people don't have knowledge or experience. As someone who’s been to yokohama japan and had the best ramen of my life, this has come the closest to the taste! i came in and immediately was reminded of the small ramen shops in Japan. They had a good menu i ordered the chicken ramen added naruto $1) and chili oil on the side $1.50) i personally don’t eat pork so it was nice that they had beef gyozas. the ramen was so good, the broth was creamy and the chicken was tasty. the noodles were thick and i like my ramen like that. if you’re looking for real authentic and delicious japanese ramen this is the place. The owner flew out to Japan to learn how to make the broth. I can’t rave about this place enough.

Hana Ramen is my “go to” ramen restaurant in the Las Vegas Valley. The food is always fresh, excellent in preparation and the service is outstanding. I strongly recommend and encourage everyone to try this place.

Horrible service!!! Server lady was so upset the manager let us bring in food from Carl's Jr for my 4 year old son that doesn't not eat ramen. She was so upset and gave my family attitude we had to leave due to feeling so uncomfortable. Saw the reviews and decided to try this place. Please stay away if you want good service you will not find it here. The server lady needs to work on her customer service skills and stop being so passive aggressive

Delicious food with an attentive waiter. I have no complaints at all.I've forgotten the name of the ramen bowl I ordered, but it was spicy (level 4 spice level). A great balance of spice and flavor. The egg and meat were cooked perfectly.I'm only visiting here in Vegas, but this is definitely a place to return to when I revisit.I would advise anyone to make a stop here. They even have vegan options if you so choose.
