Grimaldi's Pizzeria - Las Vegas

I'm in town for a week and wanted to avoid the busy strip, so I decided to check out Grimaldi's. I sat at the bar and ordered a drink, and I have to say, the bartenders were fantastic. Not only did they make a great drink, but the conversation was enjoyable too. The highlight, however, was the incredible pizza. If you're in the area, be sure to order a drink from Julius or John and soak up the great atmosphere!

I had tried Grimaldi's pizza before at the office, but I never dined in. While I already knew it was fantastic, I wasn't aware of all the amazing options they offer and the wonderful service provided by the staff. They were very friendly, and we had a great experience. Grimaldi’s even has their own pepperoni and makes their cheesecake in-house. My friend and I will definitely be returning, and my husband will love this place too!

Amazing! The entire experience was perfect! We're so glad we ventured off the Vegas Strip to discover this hidden gem. Our waitress was incredibly attentive and even brought out dough for the kids to play with while we waited for our delicious pizza. We loved watching them spin the dough in the air. It was such a delightful time!

Everything about this pizza is EXCELLENT. This is exactly what pizza, and especially New York pizza, should be. Thin dough, great sauce, and the cheese is clearly real mozzarella. The margherita pizza had real huge basil leaves on it, as it shouldbe. And they still give you the little packets of parmiggiano and red pepper! Like a real pizzeria and as opposed to hugecorporations like Pizza Hut and Dominos who seem to not be able to afford it anymore. This reminded me of being in New York andhaving a slice and a coke while elbowed at the counter.

Our waiter was amazing. We were a group of 9 and he was so attentive. He got everyone's drinks right and food came quickly! He was so patient with us when we were splitting the bill. This cheese pizza was so delicious we ordered two! I'll definitely comeback!
