The food was delicious, the service was excellent. I was alone so I sat at the bar, I was approached quickly the bartender asked if I had ever been there before I hadn’t . He explained the menu suggested many things. I got the onion soup, veal chop, and a mushroom side. There was another bartender there as well both were excellent, I never had to ask for anything, I don’t drink but they kept refilling my water. Whene... View all feedback.
What itouchcl doesn't like about Gordon Ramsay Steak:
Gordon, you may need to visit. Out of some beers, out of some wines. No alternative at same price offered. Feels like upsell. Also the half lobster appetizer was missing the arm, not a half lobster. The waiter was a bit rude or cocky. Bobby Flay Brasserie was better. View all feedback.
Nice atmosphere and food with prices to match as expected.
“Caesar Salad” is just a green salad with 1 quail egg and some croutons. The meats are overpriced and without side dishes. Classic “500g” meat (on the bone) for $109, add $20 for each accompanying person.
My recent experience at Gordon Ramsay Steak in Paris Vegas was a complete disappointment. As a group of 16, we were excited to enjoy a nice dinner in what we expected to be a great environment, but the night quickly turned sour. It started with the steak knives. We were served our steaks with dull knives that could barely cut through the meat, turning what should have been a succulent experience into a frustrating ordeal. I requested sharper knives, and the waiter brought out four more, none of which were any better. We were forced to struggle through our meals, leaving our arms sore from trying to cut the steak. It’s baffling that a restaurant with Gordon Ramsay’s name on it wouldn’t have properly sharpened knives, especially when steak is supposed to be the highlight of the meal. To make matters worse, the atmosphere was ruined by a loud group seated next to us. Their volume was so disruptive that it destroyed the mood for at least ten other tables in the room. I approached the manager, George, and politely asked if something could be done to address the noise. His response was polite, but ineffective. He mentioned speaking to the service staff, but nothing was done, and the noise continued unabated. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. For a restaurant that boasts about being the pinnacle of fine dining, they fell drastically short. Gordon Ramsay is known for critiquing other restaurants, yet his own establishment couldn’t deliver on basic expectations—sharp knives and a pleasant dining atmosphere. I would not recommend Gordon Ramsay Steak in Paris Vegas to anyone. Save your money and avoid the frustration.
I was very much looking forward to dining at Gordon Ramsay Steak during my recent trip to Las Vegas. Unfortunately, I left gravely underwhelmed. Like many, I wanted to experience Chef Ramsay's famous Beef Wellington. At $84, I expected a memorable dish, and could not believe how entirely mediocre the quality was. The wellingtons arrived at our table around 12 minutes after ordering them which obviously means they were likely prepared before I even sat foot in the restaurant. The entrees were cold and the sparse vegetables and schmear of potato puree were wildly undercooked. The carrots and onions were raw. I expect my entree to be cooked to order and arrive piping hot, not cold to the touch. Seems they couldn't even find space under a heat lamp. We also ordered a side of asparagus that was also undercooked. We did notify our server of the disappointment and while he seemed nonplussed, did send a complimentary toffee pudding, which was fine but not enough to make us feel good about spending $500 on a poor meal. We also wanted to order wine by the glass, and were upsold to a bottle that was far more expensive that what we had originally planned to order and did not factor to be economical as he suggested. Clearly they are trained to upsell at every turn. This was the worst dining experience we had during our time. There are so many amazing steak houses in Vegas, I recommend others try another option.
