We arrived at 5:45 and sat right away. Our drink order was delivered within minutes, my son said the Huckleberry was delicious. The atmosphere was upset, and the country videos were funny to be more of a metal head, that was new to me. Service was fast and the food was excellent. The salad was fresh and the southwesterly bags had a bit of a kick For the strip, the prices were quite reasonable. View all feedback.

Eat well! Good staff and cool atmosphere. And they open late, that was a plus most restaurant where closed and I thought I would like the food. But I was wrong. The food was tasteful! Would definitely recommend.
Well, I wanted to try Gilley for a while and during my last visit to Vegas, I finally had to taste her food. The ribs I ordered were quite delicious and the portion size was generous. The flesh falls off the bone. My only drawback with the ribs was that they had no smokey taste and tasted more than they were cooked in an oven. The garden salad was very good and the portion size was abundant. I don't know what it is about Mac and cheese in restaurants, but I find it difficult to find a happy medium. You have to do something about your Mac and cheese. First, I recommend getting rid of the honeycomb strength style pasta that makes me feel like a child. The Mac and the cheese were not runny what I like, but it wasn't cheesy enough in my opinion. Overall, the experience was very pleasant and what gave me 4 stars instead of 3 was the service I received from the bartenders. They went beyond and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one!
One person in our party wanted to visit this place and after the reviews I was skeptical as there are other BBQ joints in Las Vegas. Let me first say that the portions are enormous! The full crack of the ribs is as long as your arm, no joke! So the prices are legit as you get so much food. I tried the southern fried chicken with southern perpetrators and Mac and cheese. I was pleasantly surprised how tender and juicy the chicken was. The outer bread was crispy, but I enjoyed it. It came with 4 pieces on the bone chicken. The southern perpetrators were more like filled bags with cheese and jalapeños. My, we're over boiled and a bit hard on the outside, but another in our party had some fresh and they were pretty good. Mac and cheese were good, running the mill, but the shapes of noodles got me, wagon wheels! We also tried the pulled pork slides, pork was good, but the bread was hard on top and soggy on bottom. The sauces on the table were good, my favorite was the gold sauce. Other entrees we had in our party were the Cowboy-Burger, the full rib (HUGE) and the Brisketfilet (big piece of meat). Overall, I was happy with our meal especially according to the reviews on Yelp. Would I go back? Not if we were invited or someone else paid.
This place is like one big Country Western style party on the Strip!! Located in Treasure Island, Gilley's provides a unique experience a bit different from the usual party venue along the Strip. The bands and music that play there are really good and it is nice to see a disciplined dancing venue along the Strip. Some people actually dress up in keeping with the theme and decorum. The food is great as well, especially the BBQ dishes which are their specialties. Well worth a visit for both locals and visitors.
