We do not need to say much here. Get here, go here and enjoy the magic that is this experience. Words cannot explain it at all. You must experience the magic, vision and perfection that this is. A bit odd when you first check in and are seated in a main area outside the restaurant. But, everything changes very soon as you are escorted into your private experience. It is not explainable. What Lindsay V doesn't like about é By José Andrés:
I love traditional Spanish tapas and paella; this place did not disappoint! The patatas bravas, unique salad, and vegetarian option paella are mouth-watering and delicious! Stephanie was our server, and she was absolutely top-notch. She made my mom’s birthday and first dinner ever in Vegas super special! I cannot wait to go back. View all feedback.
My favorite tasting menu brings down. I carried out many Michelin reviews (Alinea, Quay, Robouchon, Schwa). While I have enjoyed these experiences very much, e' brings a level of mood and joy that move it to the top of the list.
É is not just a meal, it is an experience. Very expensive, but worth considering it both dinner and a show. There are about 6 chefs plus a sommelier for 8 guests. The chefs create a meal before you (like sitting at Teppanyaki table) with various modern techniques. Each course is basically a small taste of something unique like the champagne-sangria bubble that grows into the mouth or a tree you eat that tastes like an olive linseed. There were about 14 courses and we liked most, but not all. For example, the cotton candy empanada filled with foie grass fell somehow flat. Must be adventurous and ready to try everything they put in front of you.
This is definitely one of the best restaurants I had if not the best. A few tacos ordered, with the steamed rolls, a Aquas Fresca and a mango fried rice dessert. The waiter was very friendly and attentive and even gave us a free Churro with Mexican hot chocolate.
This was a menu that felt authentic, and it didn't feel like you would play it safe or taste it for the basic Las Vegas tourists. We found it refreshing when we first compare all our restaurants. All others seemed to have similar offers with only slight turns on vibe and aesthetics. Her food was in a sea of similarity. We appreciate that you are catering for people who actually appreciate food and advanced flavors. It was our favorite meal in Vegas, and it was very fair compared to all the other meals we ate. It was the only meal in Vegas that exceeded our expectations and not hyped. We will be back and we will recommend!
Service was good and the food was great. Last minute so we dat at the bar. Full service there and first come first served. Can get pricey, but the food is great. Mainly tapas, shareable plates.
