Distill A Local Southern Highlands

This is like an even higher WSKY or PT's with even better food. The ambience is fun and welcome with a jukebox and music that is fun and on the right band to talk. Discovered beer is just $5, so being here doesn't break the bank safe. The beer is served in ice-cold almost frozen glasses. You are a scratch kitchen and you can say through the taste of the food. We have the Jalapeño Mac and cheese bits that were super crispy and tasteful, but I wanted a bit more texture in the macaroni. The real winner on this plate was the diving sauce for these bites. The pulpits were buttery and chewing with a nacho cheese sauce and mustard. For dessert we got the deep fried oreos that was crispy and soft inside. They were delicious, but not the best I had. We sat at the bar and the bartenders have often checked if we needed anything. I would definitely return to this place and also review others for the low key environment, ice cold beer and affordable delicious dishes.

Grabbing a quick round before heading ti Allegiant stadium. This bar has a great atmosphere! Bartender is awesome and service is great. The slots showed no love but we didn't plan on staying long.

A great place for us locals to hangout. Great food, my favorite is the appetizer mash potato balls, delicious. They make great daily soups. I have not had a bad meal ever no matter what I order. Crystal the bartender, she's very friendly and always making sure we were okay. Great place to watch sports and they even turn the sound on for you especially for the NFL football playoff games! I recommend that you should give any Distill Local Bar a try. They even have an awards plan for the money you spend there.

Shaun and Jennifer are wonderful bartenders, and both times we have been to this location they're attentive with great personalities, and made our evenings out a pleasure. Food was amazing and now our friends want to go back too! Will recommend! Thanks ?

Love this place! We've been to this Distill more than half a dozen times and we've loved it without fail. Lots of great dishes to choose from, great drinks, and wonderful service! Little pricey, but definitely worth it.Parking: Parking is a little tight in the front, but the back is more spacious.
