Citizens Kitchen - Las Vegas

Sat right now, don't eat well. We had salads. I ordered the Greek salad and added Salmon. I just wish the salad had been chopped. But unlike very tasteful and delicious. Our waitress was attentive and friendly.

Mixed Feelings: Great Staff, Takeover at Citizens Kitchen Bar I have recently dined at Citizens Kitchen and Bar at Mandalay Bay Casino, and unfortunately I have gone over my experience with mixed feelings. While the staff was friendly and welcoming, the quality of the food left much to be desired. Citizens' service was definitely a positive aspect of our visit. The staff welcomed us with warm smiles and took our orders immediately. It was clear that they tried to make our culinary experience as pleasant as possible, and I really appreciate their efforts. But the food was another story. I ordered a burger, expecting a delicious, juicy and tasteful meal. To my shame it tasted as if it had come directly from the freezer. The Patty lacked the tenderness and taste that you would expect from a quality burger, making it a great farewell. The Pommes were also disappointing. They had a retaste of old, rotten oil that made them practically unusable. For a restaurant in such a prestigious casino I expected much better quality and attention to detail when it came to their food offerings. In summary, while the staff at Citizens Kitchen and Bar were friendly and attentive, the food was a break. I had great hopes for a satisfactory meal in this institution, but unfortunately it did not live on my expectations. It is discouraging to write this review as I really wanted to enjoy my time with Citizens. However, until improvements in the quality of the food are made, I cannot recommend here.

Came here for breakfast, it is located in Mandalay Bay. The service was good and the food was great. Massive portions I couldn't finish it, but still good ingredients. Good coffee and a perfect start to the day.

Our server Chris was extremely exceptional. He made the place very fun and he was quick and speedy with the service he gave which was very nice when your very hungry.
