You can place online orders for pickup, and no masks are required. The interior is tidy, clean, and well-organized. The customer service was friendly and proficient, and the wait time was minimal. Although a few items were unavailable, they could be ready in just a few minutes if you were willing to wait. There is a variety of entrees and extras to choose from, and the portions are generous. I tried the new Pollo Asado burrito bowl, which was well-seasoned and very flavorful. Prices are reasonable, and we will definitely come back.

So delicious! Their sofritas has a nice little kick, and the plant-based chorizo is equally tasty. I'm really glad they offer these plant-based options!

Overall, the food was excellent, and the staff were very professional and efficient. I deducted one star because the portion sizes seemed notably smaller than usual. It’s possible they were just rushing and serving smaller portions, or perhaps management instructed them to reduce the amounts. That was the main reason I used to come here for the bowls. I’m sure I’ll still visit occasionally, but it will definitely be less often. I hope this was just a one-time issue, but only time will tell. On a positive note, the quality of the meats was fantastic.
