Chipotle Mexican Grill - Las Vegas

Eating is great. a bit tasty and not too high on the calorie. the service could be better. I was wondering at a point if he would collect the rice and throw it back, it was everywhere, keep it clean, please. And smiles cost nothing to smile. food: 5/5

I received three bags of burnt chips, and I'm not sure why they would sell them when they aren't even edible. As for the rest of the food, I don't see the point in bothering to discuss it at this stage.

This restaurant was just average. They have a large space, but when it comes to selecting meat, they use a spoon to measure out portions. Initially, they offered a 4 oz serving, but after they tapped the spoon on the pan, I ended up with only about 2 oz of meat. When I asked for more, they charged me extra. This feels like paying for something that should have been included in the first place! I stopped going there. After working in food service for over 20 years, I find this practice unacceptable. The way they manipulate portion sizes is frustrating and makes me reluctant to return. I won’t be giving them my business anymore!

When I picked up my order, it was incorrect. I had to reload my order, but Maria refused to remake it or issue a refund. She was defensive and instructed me to submit a complaint online, completely disregarding the inconvenience it caused me. She didn’t even offer an apology for the mix-up. Additionally, I noticed that instead of discarding the incorrect item I returned, Maria took it back with her while we were arguing. I wouldn't be surprised if she intended to sell it again. Given this experience, I have no intention of returning to this restaurant.

I am not one to leave a bad review but I had to. I was excited to try the new steak they have and ordered delivery, I ordered light rice n light beans knowing they give you the same amount for reg meat. Buuuuut they literally gave me 5 pieces of meat. The doordash delivery was on time and the driver very nice and polite but for the first time the food was not acceptable.
