This is the only Chipotle I go to where they literally always have 3 people working, a cashier, Simone cooking and someone assisting customers…and during a busy lunch hr! I don’t know if it’s a labor shortage or scheduling deficiencies by the manager who you never see working the front. I will find a different store to go to. View all feedback.
I am not one to leave a bad review but I had to. I was excited to try the new steak they have and ordered delivery, I ordered light rice n light beans knowing they give you the same amount for reg meat. Buuuuut they literally gave me 5 pieces of meat. The doordash delivery was on time and the driver very nice and polite but for the first time the food was not acceptable.
Eating is great. a bit tasty and not too high on the calorie. the service could be better. I was wondering at a point if he would collect the rice and throw it back, it was everywhere, keep it clean, please. And smiles cost nothing to smile. food: 5/5

Health Hazard By far the worst and most disgusting chipotle I've ever been too. The service is terrible, everyone seems upset and mad, and worst of all annoyed that they're working. The gentlemen in glasses and longer hair, was extremely rude and upset that he had to do his job. There was food floating in the sour cream and it was out and I asked for some and he was annoyed he had to get more sour cream. The counters were disgusting. With food stains everywhere. This needs to go to corporate and they need to send someone down to fix this place. It's a health hazard with the food and the place is not clean at all. This place needs to be reported and investigated.
My fiance and I ordered online and picked up in store, a 7min drive total (so this review is NOT due to carry out, it is a genuine quality review).Ordered two double protein bowls one chicken, one sofritas; it had, what seems, less than the typical amount for ONE scoop. The rice is *bland*, as if there's zero salt or any seasonings on it. The beans are dry not lacking sauce, but genuinely dry. A lack of requested salsa significantly reduces each bowl's flavor. Beyond these complaints, each bowl received was approximately 3/4 of the amount (and that's a GENEROUS assumption, closer to 1/2) the portion size of every other Chipotle we've been to.Typically, we cook at home but decided to treat ourselves to a dishes free night. What a mistake that was.We've made a complaint through official Chipotle brand channels as well. This was a disappointment.
