What Armando Morar doesn't like about China Poblano:
Food is not horrible but a bit underwhelming compared to the great vegan options you can find at the Wynn and encore restaurants. Did the tasting Menu. Highlights were the fried rice and coconut ceviche. Most dishes in the menu were quite forgettable and a very salty. The cocktail pairings did not really complement the dishes so I will skip on that. Dessert was a tiny scoop of sorbet. Will not be returning here. View all feedback. What Savanna Goyette likes about China Poblano:
The vegan baked rice and golden pearl dumplings from the dim sum menu were amazing! They were incredibly flavorful! The service was excellent as well; the staff was very helpful when we inquired about the menu. View all feedback.
