The food and service were fantastic here. I was surprised it was not busier. We had the salmon roll, French onion soup, crab cake, rib cap and macaroni and cheese. The salmon roll and macaroni were stand outs. This place is comparable to other top strip steakhouses but much easier to get into on short notice. Highly recommend. View all feedback.
What RobynD doesn't like about Carversteak:
There a significant number of things no available on the menu, steak, Mac and cheese and other. Also, the short ribs received were extremely fatty and we informed the waiter and Manager. Maybe a text or email can be sent to patrons if staple steakhouse items are no longer available n prep for the visit. Beautiful space but disappointed in the visit. View all feedback.
Asked to be reseated because it was much too loud both people and the music right above us but could not be moved apparently. Also we sat there for 20 mins before our server even showed up. We weren’t served water until after the wine had been served. The wine list was not provided until after we asked for it once our server Darius finally showed up. The food was overpriced for what was presented. Overall much too overpriced and overrated. Your money is better used somewhere else for much better food and value. I will not be returning.

Really fantastic food. Had Austrian strip and lobster pastry. Both amazing. Great wine selection. Service was wonderful. Definitely will be back.
The food and the service was outstanding we can't wait to go back soon.
