Update: New crew is much better, Ferdinand with the speed! Something is wrong with this place. It shouldn't take 40 min to go through the drive thru.

It was great. We were the only ones in there. My toddler grandson ran behind the counter and the guy must have had kids because he knew exactly what look to give him, that made him turn around and run back out to me! The food was the same as always, very good

Never order delivery. I guarantee they will mess up the order. Have ordered 3 times from this location and each time they forgot to place an item that was ordered. I'm not talking a ketchup packet or something small. I'm talking a burger, or fries, or an order of chicken tenders. When you call they cannot refund you or make an order to deliver the items. You have to go pick it up yourself. That's right. You just paid for delivery and tipped and now you have to drive and get it. It is because they don't have enough staff. They mean well, they just should not bother doing deliveries if they cannot get the orders right.

This is the most disrespectful thing I’ve ever seen!! You charge me for mustard but I said no mayo or tomatoes! So why don’t I get a discount for not getting those things on my burger but charges for mustard??? I’m done will never go to carls Jr again in life!!! So disrespectful!!’

The food was average at best, and the wait for average food was not worth the cost. The staff moved at a snails ? pace, and there were only 5 customers (2 waiting and 3 eating) in the facility and 3 in the drive up total of 8.
