California Pizza Kitchen Fashion Show Mall Priority Seating

Upon arrival, I had to present proof of my table reservation (although many tables were open). It started feeling like we were an inposition in the evening. Great food, but expensive for the mall setting. Friendly service, but a lack of attention our appetizers, salad and attracts all delivered simultaneously. While they all took, but the raptors from our bill, it wasn't the evening we wanted. Dinner and ready. We had to fly the server to order Dessert, we really had the feeling that it was not important that we were there, although there were not many customers on this Sunday night.

The food was excellent and the service was fairly good.

When we arrived, we were required to show proof of our OpenTable reservation, even though there were plenty of empty tables. This made us feel like we were an inconvenience from the start. The food was great, but a bit overpriced for a mall restaurant. The service was friendly, but there was a lack of attention as our appetizers, salad, and entrees all arrived at the same time. Although they did remove the cost of everything except for the entrees from our bill, it still wasn't the dining experience we had hoped for. We had to ask our server for dessert, and overall we felt like our presence didn't really matter, even though there were few other customers on that Sunday evening. Dinner felt rushed and we were left feeling disappointed.
