Café Zupas - Las Vegas

I visited with my parents close to closing on July 2nd. The young Latin women at the front counter had a large family asking so many questions and taking SO long to decide and order. The worker had more patience than I ever will, it was impressive to see her be helpful and kind when most people would have been irritated. Once she took my order she still had a great attitude. I wish I could remember her name though hopefully her management team can award her with upward movement within the company.

It took 20 mins to get a bowl of soup that was already available.

We love the food and staff at Zupas. They always make us feel like valued customers. Awesome to watch my salad prepped and tossed while I watch. Good rewards program.

For Zupas, the food is about the same at every restaurant (delicious), but the staff at this restaurant are extremely pleasant and friendly. Some Zupas restaurants you can tell the staff are not happy to be there and are very grumpy. That doesn’t happen at this location. This is not the closes restaurant to us, but for the great service, friendly staff and great atmosphere, worth the extra drive.

Love their amazing salads! And they carry Coke Zero!!!
