What Nikolay Ivanov doesn't like about Brio Italian Grille:
The beef carpaccio was USDA Choice, offering great flavor when paired with the salad and sea salt. However, the grilled chicken breast in my chicken Madeira was quite dry. While it doesn't quite compare to The Cheesecake Factory, the portions were enormous, and prices were more affordable than in California. The food here is excellent—definitely one of my favorite Italian restaurants. When it's busy, the wait for orders can be quite long, but that's understandable. I prefer to come for lunch to avoid the crowds. The staff is generally good, but sometimes you have to request items like bread or cheese for your pasta since they don’t automatically provide them, which can be a bit frustrating.
