Brass Fork At Boulder Station Casino

At first this place was alright then I reserved a room upon reservation i was told that i had ti check out which i did not understand why when speaking with a supervisor they informed me that they made the reservation for the wrong day, but informed me that i still had to check out i was very appalled by this not only did i have to check out management did not even bother to correct the situation or even comp my room/reservation this is by far not what i expected especially when i have paid my working hard money to make sure that my room was secured this is unacceptable not only that i was told that i will not be getting my full refund but only a portion if nothing has happened or i do nit receive a call about this matter i will resort to legal implications for the full refund and other funds to me having to pay extra money for another hotel my lively hood safety, and not being able to work successfully due to this matter

The rooms vary each time some are newer some are not so I get the room assigned when I get there deal cause it's cheapest but I've also stayed in a couple newer nice ones. My point is that boulder is great with customer service and prices and they got good food and the machines are decent too. I enjoy it here.

I am in Vegas for work. I have been by Boulder Station 3 times just for the casino. Enjoyed the first 2 visits. Ate at the Sbarro in the food court, which was very good. The third time there was not pleasant. I tried to cash out from a video poker machine, and it gave me a call attendant for hand payout message. The casino seemed to only have one or two machine techs on duty, and they were quickly overwhelmed as the casino was having a casino wide system failure. Waited about 30 minutes to receive my cash. I understand system failures happen, but the staff seemed ill prepared for one to occur

Kevin (manager) was unprofessional and inconsiderate of others. It is a certain way to talk to people even if any customer walking in the building are rude. When a customer wants to be rude you do not engage to level with them, you should remain calm and respond politely. Other co workers are friendly honestly keeps the vibe in the room more pleasant than the manager. However Kevin gave some racist vibes into already deciding who he wants at his so called business.

This place is almost always great with service, the only problem is they will give you a hard time if you bring service animals. I Brought my dog because I was having a bad day.some days I don't need her . A guard came up to me with a bad attitude and told me she had to be on the floor, I went to explain to him that I needed her on my lap and in interrupted me telling me she has to be on the floor. I tried explaining to him several times that she needs to be able to lick my hands to bring me out of my neurological disorder she's a Chihuahua. She licks my hands and if it's too bad she barks Every time I went to tell him he interrupted me and he louder . So of course it made my dog nervous. I was looking in my purse as he was doing this for my paperwork, he kept going off so I just decided to leave. He then told me it's not a service animal he can tell how it was acting as I was exiting. I had friends with me and they where in shock becuse of not only tone of voice just the attitude of how he came up to us. Of course if he's rasing his voice anyone would act nervous.dogs included. She was literally just sitting on my lap like she's trained to prepared to do her job.
