Barry’s Downtown Prime - Las Vegas

Barry's was incredible. The restaurant was a really fun and classy throwback to the old Las Vegas really fun with some of the friendliest staff and management around. Even the head chef came around to see how we were enjoying the meal. The steak was excellent, and the widest selection is side dishes I've ever seen, and we tried a lot, and a big winner was the desserts we had 4 cakes all were delicious thank you Barry's on our 14th anniversary.

My wife and I had a small wedding reception of 18 people at Barry 's and it was fantastic. The venue is very cool, it 's feels like a modernized old school steak house. Jeremy Davison was our Banquet Captain and managed 3 servers during our event and they were all great. We never had to ask for anything, food was constantly coming and they always had our glasses full. In fact a couple of our guests had to leave early for the airport and the staff had prepared the courses they couldn 't be there for to-go. We had the 'Queen Cut ' option from the banquet menu and the food was fabulous, and from what I can tell priced fairly compared to other banquet menus I saw. All of our guests commented how great all the food was. My wife and I would highly recommend and can 't wait to go back.

The food here is amazing. Everything we ate was cooked perfectly. It’s reasonably priced for a high end steakhouse. The service however, is awful. We went on Sunday night and had to wait as they were running behind. Once we sat down we received drinks and then the server was nowhere to be found. Another server ended up taking our order. Our food came pretty quickly. Waiter never came to see how our food was. Water was not refilled. We waited almost 20 minutes after we finished eating for the check. Waiter dropped it off without asking how dinner was or offering dessert. I ended up just paying cash so we wouldn’t have to wait for him to come back.

Fantastic experience. Our server did a fantastic job and the food was delicious!!

My favorite steakhouse. Ribeye and NY steaks were perfectly cooked and delicious. Lobster mac and cheese was yummy and shareable. Nice atmosphere, music was a little too loud. Justin our server was fabulous! We were lucky enough to have him wait on us both times we were there. I'll be requesting him the next time we go. He goes above and beyond.
