I liked what I ordered (chicken Parmesan). It was a bit chewy but not too bad. It's pound into a flat piece with marinara tomato sauce and cheese on top. The pound cake soaked in rum was excellent. The wait staff were all on the ball. I'd return to this place. View all feedback.
What OpenTable Diner doesn't like about Allegro:
We had a reservation to go eat before the show Awakening. We got right in, and our waiter was extremely nice and friendly.. we ordered a cocktail first and then we got the calamari for our appetizer and it was really good! We split the lasagna and they served it in two different casserole dishes for us, and it was still a lot of food. It tasted a little bit like frozen lasagna, so it was not very good. We a... Went to this restaurant after the Golden Knights game yesterday. The restaurant is always busy but the service is excellent. The good is always delicious. One of my favorite restaurants
We wanted some Italian food and since we had been playing at Wynn decided on Allegro. We got the chicken parm and the Bianca pizza. The parm was highly disappointing. There was absolutely nothing special about it and something I would expect to get at a Dennys-level restaurant. The flavoring was bland and generic. The bread that is brought to the table is also nothing special and feels store-bought (perhaps it is? . You get better bread at the likes of Olive Garden and Texas Roadhouse. Also, if you're going to do the bread and oil route, there should be a plate of grated parmesan cheese to dip into after the oil. We were also sat near the open kitchen, which would have been neat, however there was also a hostess stand right there where all the servers, bussers, etc seemed to like to gather. And I mean RIGHT next to our table. While they didn't seem to be watching us, it still felt like we had an audience while we ate. Not a great addition to the ambience they are trying to portray as an upscale Italian restaurant. The Bianca pizza was the good part. Fairly good but a bit overpriced for what you get. These are just my opinions, but we would likely not try them again unfortunately.
What a wonderful surprise for our first time eating here. We shared a beet salad that was delicious. I had the salmon with baby potatoes and asparagus (great sauce) and my wife had the pork chop pounded to cover the plate (tenderized). Consider sharing. The attentive staff will spoil you. Very fair prices too. You will not be disappointed. Enjoy!!
As always, love the chicken parm, the service and the ambiance.
I love the fact that Allegro has its own vegan food section: . The vegan Caesar salad was delicious. The lettuce was fresh and it had lots of vegan parm, very tasty dressing too. We also ordered the vegan bosco pizza. The crust was thin and crispy but unfortunately the mushroom topping overpowers the whole flavor of the pizza. I would love to see a vegan pizza on the menu with a thicker layer of vegan cheese: Great place to eat.Vegetarian options: Vegan options
