Cheesecake Factory is usually the safe and affordable option for special events but the service received left much to be desired.First of all our server didn’t introduce herself but just went straight to asking us if we were ready to order. For a table of 6 she only brought one basket of bread that had been sitting out for a while.I ordered the chicken Chipotle pasta and it just wasn’t it. The pasta could’ve used more sauce there was barely any chicken in the dish and the food once again was lukewarm.I mentioned we had a birthday in our party and our server’s tone seemed to suggest that wasn’t the truth. We got a lackluster “we have free Sunday’s and I can bring you that”.Overall was a meh experience. I remember Cheesecake Factory offering much better service than what I received but apparently that has changed.

You got very generous portions of food, but I still felt that they were a bit overpriced given that the food was nothing special. Some dishes were good but some were quite average, and some others disappointing, and I still expected something more for the price. However, the staff was very nice and the cheesecake very good. Nicely decorated restaurant but unfortunately very noisy.

We ordered the fried zucchini and they had a burnt oil after taste. Our server was always in a rush and the communication was horrible. Because of the poor communication we paid more for things we could have done without. We assumed you get a free cheesecake on your birthday but they charged us for it after without telling us it wasn’t free. My son ordered a salad with his lunch special pasta without knowing it wasn’t part of the special. If the server had cleared things up, we wouldn’t have gotten the extra items.
