The Strip House was amazing. We had the bacon appetizer just to try it out. It was very good. The bacon with the pickled cucumbers was a great paring. They bring you fresh rolls and butter that were yummy too. Definitely recommend. Be careful to not fill up on your apps and bread though. What Maria F doesn't like about Strip House:
Maybe it was an off night, but service was definitely lacking. We felt like we had 5 servers throughout the night, and some attitude was definitely coming through from them. Salad was welted and over dressed (i would pass on that next time). However, the ribeye steak was cooked perfectly and had a black pepper crust (hats off to the chief on that). This is my go to steak house in Vegas. Steaks are dry aged to perfection and you won 't find better service or atmosphere. Ate at SW steak house last night and the quality of the of the steaks were not even close. Ryan was an awesome waiter, great energy!!
Amazing Steakhouse! Dry aged ribeye spectacular, sides are decadent. Superior service. Wow.

We took the 24 layer chocolate with us for later. OMG! Amazing! Our waiter, Luis, was very knowledgeable and personable. He made us feel so welcome. The service was impeccable. He took very good care of us. Will definitely go back!
