Spent the day at the pool Saturday and had a great time. Food and drinks were yummy and it was busy but having a daybed in the back was perfect. It was more quiet and less kids around. Definitely will go back again next time I'm out there. View all feedback.
What RenaissanceDude1 doesn't like about Pool Backyard Red Rock Casino And:
Checked in at 1am. Entered a hot room because the AC was off and it's Summertime in Vegas. Apparently AC completely off is standard here. Maxed the AC but the room never got cool. At checkout I brought the matter up to the manager, Macy. She was willing to discount half the $50 resort fee and said I should have contacted the staff at 4 in the morning to come and fix it while I was trying to sleep. mAkEs pERfeCt sEnSe... The slot machines are so tight, it 's a joke. Tighter than the slots on the strip. And T Bones is awful. The 3 bartenders- 2 men and 1 women, were busy chatting it up with people they know (locals) while ignoring the rest of us. It was like dealing with flight attendants- these bartenders gave you the impression you were bothrring them, just horrible. No bread offered to us. And the bartender put a glass of red wine in front of me, and then she walked away. Didn 't even ask if the wine was ok. Plus T Bones and the other restaurants close at 10, and if you don 't order by 945 you 're out of luck. This is a 3rd rate casino masquerading as high end. We are at the Presidents level in their player system; we do not intend to go back. The restaurants the Wynn make the Red Rock restaurants seems like Denny 's. Mediocre food at best, with service on the Denny 's level.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Red Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, and I can honestly say it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was captivated by the vibrant atmosphere and impeccable service that set the tone for an unforgettable experience. First and foremost, the staff at Red Rock Hotel and Casino were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. From the front desk to the concierge, every member of the team went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and make me feel welcome throughout my visit. Their genuine warmth and professionalism truly made a lasting impression. The accommodations at the Red Rock Hotel and Casino were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the room, from the plush bedding to the modern amenities. I particularly enjoyed the breathtaking view of the stunning Red Rock Canyon from my window – a sight that truly took my breath away. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible array of dining options available at the resort. Whether I was in the mood for a fine dining experience or a casual meal, Red Rock had it all. The diverse selection of restaurants, cafés, and bars catered to every palate, and the quality of the food was outstanding. I highly recommend indulging in a meal at one of their renowned restaurants for a culinary journey you won't soon forget. The Red Rock Casino itself is a haven for entertainment enthusiasts. With a wide range of gaming options and a lively atmosphere, it provided the perfect backdrop for an exciting night out. The variety of table games, and slot machines ensured there was something for everyone, no matter their level of expertise. I even had the pleasure of catching a live performance at the casino's theater, which was an absolute delight. The pool area was a tropical oasis, offering a serene escape from the desert heat. It was the perfect spot to unwind, soak up the sun, and sip on refreshing cocktails. Overall, my stay at Red Rock Hotel and Casino was an absolute delight.
