Lessons learned: 1. Don't place a mobile order on a Sunday with a hot coffee drink because the drink will come out first and it will be cold by the time the food is done. 2. Pay attention to estimated ready time and add at least 45 minutes. 3. Expect to have to follow up on order by asking a very busy employee where the order is. Bottom line for me: Never again on a Sunday.
