Capriotti's Sandwich Shop - Feedback

What Jason Johnson doesn't like about Capriotti's Sandwich Shop:
I am a local, and I hate to leave bad reviews; but I would not risk dining here. I got the Philly cheese sandwich. I took one bite and threw it away. The desert was also inedible. My child agreed. There was no one inside when we entered. The floor and tables were dirty. The staff looked a bit rough, but they were very friendly. Had an old favorite The Bobbie However, the price has gotten way too high. For the 12in size with a drink and chips it was $15.00. Also, while the service was fast and friendly, the sandwich tasted 'stale ' and it appeared to be haphazardly made (way too much stuffing, not enough turkey, and only a smidgen of cranberry sauce.
