California Fish Grill - Las Vegas Strip

I placed a pickup order. I was there when my time said to be. I asked about my order and they said it was still being prepared. So in this restaurant you can see the order being put out on the windows. There were many orders up there. They were giving out all the orders to the people that were in the restaurant. All the while the pick up orders atleast 4. Sat there unattended. Finally 10 mins later after asking how long and being told again it was still being prepared. A man started bagging the orders putting my order that was sitting there the entire time in a bag but decided to go back to the window to hand out more orders to other customers. I then asked again about my order and he said that it is right here and I’m bagging it. I said it’s been on the counter for 15 mins. He immediately became argumentative and belligerent. Now the restaurant was not extremely busy and there were others waiting to pick up also. So no I won’t be back.

I recently tried the branzino and shrimp skewer at California Fish Grill, and it was a delicious. I ordered it half Cajun butter and half garlic butter, and it was cooked to perfection. The flavors were amazing, and the fish was so tender. The rice and street corn sides complemented the dish perfectly. The service was excellent, and the ambiance was great. I will be here every Friday for Lent!

To loud music blaring employees yelling fired fish oily to much batterParking: Not enough spaces

I've been going to CFG for many years I'm CA. When it came to Las Vegas, I was sooo excited. It used to be simple, delicious, with great customer service. Now, it's tasteless blaring music, with ok food, and zero customer service. We went to CFG for lunch yesterday, in Boca Park. It was our first time ordering using the in store tablet. It was not user friendly. There were a few ladies cleaning tables in the restaurant. One came by and just told us to chose what we wanted, and walked away. While we were trying to make our selections, the tablet timed out twice, mind you, we paused for less than a minute. It was frustrating. To chose a side , the option was plain or on the side in one option. What does that mean? The music was loud and very unpleasant. CFG used to make amazing calamari appetizer, and zucchini side. Both dishes were drastically changed to the point they are not palatable. Why change the perfection? I used to crave this food, but not any more...
