This restaurant was decent, but a bit pricey for the quality. The calamari appetizer only had around 10 pieces of calamari on the plate, which was topped with baked plank and green chili. While everything tasted good, $14 seemed too expensive for such a small portion of calamari. I ordered the scribble sandwich and my wife had the chicken sandwich. My dining experience was very disappointing. I ordered the meatloaf, which was beautifully presented on a bed of potatoes and topped with crispy onions, asparagus, and gravy. Everything looked great until I tasted the meatloaf, which was incredibly salty. I even had my friend try it and they agreed. While everything tasted good, $14 seemed too expensive for such a small portion of calamari. I ordered the scribble sandwich and my wife had the chicken sandwich. The sandwiches were good, but the house fries were overcooked and almost burnt. My biggest disappointment was with the steak - it didn't have the usual marbling of a ribeye and felt more like a sirloin steak. Despite this, the ambience of the restaurant was lovely, the service was excellent, and the menu was refreshingly concise compared to other places with lengthy menus. I would consider returning, but probably not regularly.
We dined at the restaurant on Tuesday night. The menu was extensive and the happy hour food specials were fantastic. As a visitor in New Mexico, I particularly enjoyed the variety of green chili options, including quesadillas, lasagna, soup, beer, and chicken dishes. The service was quick, and the manager checked on us twice to ensure we were taken care of. The restaurant was not too crowded, and the spacing between tables was adequate.

Everything looked great until I tasted the meatloaf, which was incredibly salty. I even had my friend try it and they agreed. The waitress was nowhere to be found during our meal, only showing up to take our order and deliver our food. There were no drink refills or check-ins on us. When the waitress finally came by to offer us the check, she asked if I wanted a takeout box for my untouched meal, indicating that it was not satisfying. I informed her about the salty meat, but she ignored me and left. This was my first and last visit to this restaurant.
Management is rude and the kitchen staff can not seem to find out steak temperatures
Fish and chips were excellent, not overcooked, fries seasoned perfectly. His beer was an IPA and met expectations. Valerie and Daniel were very attentive. I'm a wuss with beer and his suggestion for wheat beer with an orange slice was super and he brought me a couple samples before I chose. I had the chicken lasagna, also very good and filling! Finished with a creme brulee which was good.
