What david parry doesn't like about Chachi's:
I was born and raised in Las Cruces and the Mexican food was great, I even cooked way better than some of this restaurants. I don't cook anymore because when I lost my wife I Lost all will ..The enchiladas have no flavor and the tortillas are not dipped in cooking oil. You have to cut the tortillas with a knife.. the food at chachi's has no flavor and it's over price.. I won't be going back to chachi's View all feedback.
Red Chile con carne was great. Not spicy, but great flavor. Green table salsa was good too
The mango margaritas were huge and delicious! The beef fajita burrito place was so flavorful. Large portions. My friends had chicken tacos and brisket tacos. Everyone loved their food. Great service!!!
I would recommend updating your hours for holiday weekends. Drove over 3 hours to eat here and were turned away for arriving 10 minutes after 3, what a disappointment.
Delicious food, generous servings, attentive wait staff and a lovely atmosphere.
I was provided chips and two types of salsa’s. Red sauce had a hair in it. My meal,arrived and the enchiladas were cold. The rice was kind of hard. Since I ordered a combination plate I also had red Chile and it was okay nothing to write home about. The green Chile relleno was very good. Over all a 2 star.
