Sonic Drive-in - Las Cruces

I ordered a hot fudge sundae and was disappointed by the amount of hot fudge it had. My experiences at this Sonic location have generally not been great. I usually prefer to drive to either Valley or Hwy 70 for Sonic, as I find the food and service there to be much better.

I waited for nearly 15 minutes for a dash, while I watched other customers pull up, place their orders, and receive their food before I could get my client's meal. I've heard complaints about this from other Dashers about Sonic before, and as a longtime fan of Sonic, I'm truly disappointed. I will no longer be picking up orders from any Sonic locations in Las Cruces, New Mexico for DoorDash.

The broccoli bites didn't agree with me. They served a plate of chocolate sauce that was meant to go on the ice cream instead... The staff member said it must have melted. ????

I have given this particular Sonic a number of chances to redeem themselves but yet they never do. Every time I go to this particular Sonic, they get something wrong in my order. Most commonly they leave things out that are supposed to be there. I have never bought a cherry limeade that did not have cherries and limes in it until today. I was completely shocked. The last time I ordered cherry limeade from this location, I requested the bursting bubbles in it, but did not
