Despite all the issues that come with fast food, especially customer service, this restaurant was amazing. The food was served quickly and hot. We had just finished shopping at the nearby mall and it was convenient to pop in. All the self-serve stations were functioning properly. What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
the service was ok, waiting time was careless and the food was good, but not too much to expect, it is just a burger with the ingredients and taste that we all know. I went 3/5 stars not because it is a bad place, but because it is the same as the usual in almost food. I recommend it? Yes, if they only want to satisfy their hunger with a burger and pommes. Food was good! Service was fast but then again no one was there. But nothing to complain about!
Lady taking our order was fast and did not get our full order our server came gave us a ocean water to compensate for that second family order she was more concentrating on the rules and regulations then taking our order she emphasized that she can only take exact change or debit card and we had to repeat our order twice not very good customer service it won't be back

20-30 minutes for 1 drink. Someone just cancelled my order Noone came out. Pushed red button again, order restarted. Noone came out. That's ALL I ordered was X1 drink. Sorry but this sonic needs to do better. You can also see the look on the workers faces. Miserable.
We had a coupon that wasn’t working properly so the manager came out and said she would manually discount it. Once we got our receipt, the discount wasn’t on there, so we called her again and she said she would just give us a full refund. She printed out a receipt that looked like it had a refund for the milkshake and she said it would return to our account in 2 days. After 10 days, it still wasn’t there. Honestly, now that I look at it again, the receipt looks like she attempted to refund it in cash, but she never brought us cash, and since we paid with card she said it would be returned to our account, which makes sense. so we tried to call the number on the receipt as well as the number on their website (which was the same number) and it constantly said the number was disconnected. We tried about 5x over a 2 day period. How can a restaurants number be disconnected? We called the number on sonics website for customer service and they told us that if we didn’t order through the app they couldn’t help us, but they would let upper management know and they could get ahold of management at the restaurant and they would have them call us. 5 days later and we still haven’t received a call from this locations management. We were only visiting Las Cruces (looking to move there) but we live in California so we can’t even drive back to the restaurant to demand our refund! What a SCAM! We still intend to move there next month, but I surely won’t be visiting this one again unless somehow, miraculously, they get ahold of us to fix things.
