The chewed artichokes were... read more I was excited to try this restaurant because of its reputation for sweet dishes and the great-looking vegetarian options on the menu. The chewed artichokes were flavorful and satisfying, although a bit on the greasy side. The mushroom “asada” tacos were underwhelming, lacking seasoning and featuring old, slightly fishy mushrooms. The cauliflower was the biggest disappointment, supposed to be roasted with za’atar but missing both flavor and proper cooking - some florets were almost burnt and completely unseasoned. I felt compelled to leave a review after squeezing excess oil from each floret. Despite the disappointing food, the staff were friendly and attentive. I ordered takeout so I didn’t have a chance to offer feedback, perhaps I caught them during a shift change or new cook training.

I had mushroom tacos and salud salad. next time I'll try the vegan bowl. the staff was so friendly and helpful. the menu says that many items can be vegan or vegetarian, which is a plus in las cruces! and there are numerous Veg options on the menu. There are 2 seats in the free with schattoo and misters!
