The kind where locals gathe... read more Busy local bar in a rather unpreposessing row of shops and bars on a roundabout behind the rows of holiday apartments off the beach. The kind where locals gather to play cards and watch the sport on TV. Has an outdoor terrace area. Plenty of choice on the menu. Rustic home cooking with generous portions. I had red bean and chorizo soup followed by meatballs and chips, my husband had a massive pasta salad followed by lamb shank. The meatballs were a bit bland but the rest of it was tasty. Not exactly fine dining but just what was needed after a long days walking. Rounded off with a very nice chocolate cake, just in case the calorie intake had not been sufficient! Not a destination restaurant but certainly perfectly acceptable and good value if you're hungry and on a budget.
