The manager was very unprofessional and disrespectful refused to give me service even tho the order was already paid for the location was Wingstop the one in the south of Laredo tx by zapata highway. Never coming here again that manager should be fired she has various complains for being rude and unprofessional. It’s a shame never going to Wingstop again.
Bad customer service wings and fries cold too dine in asked for extra wet boneless they gave me dry boneless no flavor what’s o ever wasn’t even original hot fries were supper oily manager super rude I even witness a customer came in asked for a cup of water they told him straight up no even when he told them he was walking and felt dizzy water should never be denied to anyone
Like everyone else in line before me, I waited to pick up my order, which I had placed online. However, two people arrived after me, and one guy jumped ahead to grab his order, which he hadn't even paid for. When I pointed this out to the staff by asking, “So, I guess I didn't need to wait in line to pick up my order?” (since mine had already been paid for), the team member completely ignored my question and just handed me my items. I believe that if they allow people to skip the line for unpaid orders, they should designate a separate area for that or ensure that only paid orders can bypass the line. I will not be returning to this location.

When I pointed this out to a team member by asking, "So I didn’t have to wait in line to pick up my order?" (since mine was already paid for online), he ignored me and simply handed me my items. I believe that if customers are picking up orders, there should be a separate area for unpaid orders or a policy that requires pre-paid orders to skip the line. I won’t be returning to this location.
I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and always order the same thing. I’ve never had an issue, and when I did, the managers were usually very attentive. However, this time, Manager Elsa didn’t take responsibility for getting our order wrong and was rude about it. I went back to correct my order, and as a self-employed critic, I found her customer service to be very lacking; she didn’t apologize at all. How rude!
