It’s not about a $1 cookie, it’s BAD SERVICE Company getting robbed.

I went with my family to get some food. I order mine and my son's chicken sandwiches clean and dry. My son's sweetheart comes with salad, tomatoes and a ton of... read more I went with my family to get some food. I order mine and my son's chicken sandwiches clean and dry. My son's sweetheart comes with salad, tomatoes and a ton of mayonnaise. I said no problem, I can take it off for him. Then my other son had a cylindrical piece of plastic. My wife went back to get it back and they tried to tell her it was a piece of fork. It was too thick to be. Then they try to return their money for the burger and not the frits and drink. I told her she didn't accept it better because we didn't go there to just buy and pay Fritten and a drink. You were idiots. The manager was Felipe Treviño. After all her excuses and listening to me on the phone, I had to speak Spanish and not in a quiet way, they gave her money a replaced the food. I don't usually complain, but that was just ridiculous.

My son's sanchwich comes with lettuce, tomatoes, and a ton of mayonnaise. I said no problem, I can take it off for him. Then my other son had a,cylinder shaped, piece of plastic. My wife went back to return it and they tried telling her that it was a piece of fork. It wasway too thick to be that. Then they try to return her money for just the burger and not the fries and drink. I told her shebetter not accept that because we didn't go there to buy and pay for just fries and a drink. Erik, the manager, was particu... read more I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The dining area and restrooms were clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Erik, the manager, was particularly nice and helpful. The entire team goes above and beyond to ensure that the food is fresh and served quickly. I highly recommend this location. The night crew is fantastic!
