I've found myself choosing to go to another restaurant to receive better attention from the staff.

The food was fantastic—we even enjoyed some crispy frogs! And your iced tea is delicious!

Today, I ordered huevos rancheros... read more This restaurant used to be my go-to spot for breakfast, but over the past year, the quality and service have taken a downturn. Today, I ordered huevos rancheros, a side of hash browns, and a machacado taco for pickup. When I got home, I realized the machacado taco was missing. I thought, "I can retrieve it later and enjoy the rancheros first." However, I soon discovered that the flour tortillas for the rancheros were also missing, so I had to eat them without tortillas. I called the restaurant, and the woman on the phone apologized and said I would receive a credit for the taco and tortillas. The issue is that it’s very inconvenient for me to have to return to the restaurant to pick up what was missed; they should deliver it to my house since it was their mistake. This location really needs to improve; they are dropping the ball in a major way.
