I couldn't get ketchup because I didn't mention it in my order, I am baffled at the unprofessionalism from this branch. I tried to change my order and couldn't, luckily there's a jack in the box right down the road that isn't pinching pennies with their ketchup packets. View all feedback.
2 out of 10 times I stop by they get my order right! So most of the time I have to call the manager and complain that I just paid $14 for a combo and it was WRONG! As soon as I get home. They apologized again and agin but nothing changes. I really do Love BK but maybe before the pandemic not it’s just fading away like any other place.
I just love the burgers they have a nice flamey flavor loveee the taste don't taste greasy at all like others.
The junior whopper actually had lettuce, tomato, onions. It tasted really good. Fries were actually crispy not oily. Window service was good.

I had a really enjoyable experience at the restaurant. I tried the Italian royal crab sandwich, and it was significantly better than last year's version. Food: 5/5.
