He ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese, but it came with peppers and onions, which was unexpected, so I had to return it. When I received my order, it was completely undercooked. All I got was a lightly toasted bagel with cream cheese, and it wasn't even warm. I’ve attached a photo of the undercooked food. Given that we paid over twelve dollars, it felt overpriced, and the quality of the food was lacking.

I... read more I’ve always enjoyed this restaurant, but my recent experience was quite disappointing. When I arrived this time, a young gentleman had a rather odd attitude. I asked him to ensure my coffee was decaf, and he mumbled a quick "yes" without even making eye contact. I placed my order, and he didn’t write anything down; I wasn't even sure he was paying attention. As a result, he forgot half of what I had asked for and seemed to put whatever he wanted instead. By the time I noticed, I was already too far away to correct it.

Part of me still does however I am shocked by this email from the management team.I ordered online for pickup (like I've done many times) and received confirmation of pickup for 9:03.I got there at 9:10 and saw a few other online orders for pick up at the side. I waited until about 9:20 and asked about my order. It seems they missed it off the computer. The guys were in a blitz so I understood.But then it took another 20 mins for them to complete my order if I had missed someone's order I would have does whatever it took to get it out ASAP. It was so busy, and my family was now very late, so it was not the time to ask for any discount or refund. I contacted chow now (the platform I ordered through) for a refund and Bagels by Sofia issued a very small back. I wrote to Bagels by Sofia and got this response back. Wow. The bagels are ok but not good enough to go back for with a response like this. Could I have left? Sure. (And we would have had to go elsewhere for food as this was breakfast for the kids)But I'm sure if I had I would have had no breakfast and would have been charged the full amount.Also, I've never seen a Starbucks order late by 40 mins... anyone?
