After tramping all round the village trying to find the Hotel, when checking in we opted to dine in the Hotel Dining room, which turns out to be this Restaurant... read more After tramping all round the village trying to find the Hotel, when checking in we opted to dine in the Hotel Dining room, which turns out to be this Restaurant Morel's which I think is the Chef's name. What a fabulous treat, I used to avoid eating where I stayed, now I'm finding with maturity I have been missing out, especially when meals like the one here are presented, I'm not sure if that French Tyre Man has been here, if not he should, certainly as impressive as the last time I visited one of their recommended establishments. Returned to our room very happy and sustained, pleased to have has such a fabulous experience.
