Cold starter (choice of several pre-plated dishes), hot starter (ditto), plat (several choices always including excellent steaks cooked over wood fire in restaurant), cheese and choice of deserts. Loads of wine and cider, coffee to...finish. What’s not to like?

Food was excellent and so reasonable. We misunderstood the filet mignon and ended up with braised pork which was delicious.
