Burger King - Lapeer

I had a negative experience with the elderly woman at the front counter. She was incredibly impolite to me as I waited for my food. I did not hear her call out my order and only realized it was mine after a while. When I asked for my drink, she gave me a dirty look as if it was my fault she had forgotten it. I will not be returning to this restaurant and I suggest others avoid it until she is no longer working there.

The food at this Burger King is above average and the staff is friendly. We mostly come here for the play area.

I recently dined at this restaurant and it was one of the best experiences I've had. The customer service was excellent, with a very friendly staff member accommodating my request for a customized burger as I am a picky eater. I really appreciated their hard work and dedication. The food was fresh and delicious, and I left feeling very satisfied. I am grateful for the wonderful service and quality of the meal.

I wanted to try something different, so I ordered the hot wings. Unfortunately, they were not spicy at all. The burger I ordered was very small and disappointing. This visit just didn't meet my expectations.

The restaurant is very clean and the staff is friendly. Even though it was about to close, they were happy to serve my family and me.
