The customer service was incredibly slow; we waited for nearly 2 hours! Can you believe it? After all that time, we were served just one meat dish and two sides, without any lettuce or rice. We had ordered the 350, which is supposed to include rice, lettuce, and several side dishes. When we asked for a refill, the server informed us that they had run out of meat and water. Eating is great, but they have won to enjoy it as they are looking for the 300 pesos remaining over penalty that is not added to our bill, but a total of 9/10
The food is decent. They used mango instead of avocado in the California maki, but it's not a big deal.
I hope they can enhance their noodles and make them less greasy.
This is a great place for an all-you-can-eat samgyeopsal! I had an amazing experience. I highly recommend it for group outings. I will definitely be returning!
