I have been visiting the Philippines for years, and this is my favorite restaurant. The food is fantastic, and the service is excellent. The building and decor are beautiful, and you can tell the owner has put a lot of thought, effort, and hard work into it. If I can go any lower it would 0 star. Service is terrible, chicken still bleeding and uncooked matagal ang service nila. This is the worst service I ever received while visiting the Philippines and Philippines is known to have a world class service but not this one. Even a 3rd world country would have better service.
