If you want to eat well and cheap in lenzerheide, it is worth driving the few minutes direction Lenz/Lantsch to return to St. cassian. whether apfelstrudel, mondaysmenue or à la carte, the dishes are all excellently prepared and are carefully presented on the order. there is even a simple alpine cheese to eat. for Swiss relations hardly topping is the friendliness of the staff. no bodice, arrogance anyway, just warm and natural. each guest is equally welcome. Unfortunately, there are also others at lenzerheide.
Even if it was only a snack from the afternoon card: everything was perfect! because even on the small card, in contrast to most other restaurants, there is no black carving and spaghetti bolo offered here, but regional specialties! result: an absolute surprise with a bratwurst from the heirsch, excellent panierte eglifilets with huge salat. even if it took 25 years to find itself in the st. cassian, next time it will be safe for a more extensive meal.
We were eating wild in the restaurant st. cassian in lenz. it was really fantastic. the meat fresh and without the too typical wild taste in the nose. the service is very courteous and attentive.
Disappointing vegetable curry. No taste in the vegetables and the rice was also hard. Unreasonable price for such a disappointment.
