Oporto
Description
In a bustling restaurant scene, reviews diverge sharply on quality and service. While some patrons rave about the friendly day staff and affordable, delicious brunch options, others express disappointment with inconsistent customer service and dwindling food quality during evening hours. Despite a cozy atmosphere, issues such as delayed orders and subpar meal presentation, particularly in takeout options, tarnish the experience. Prices range modestly, yet many question whether the value justifies the portions. This mixed dining experience suggests potential for excellence, but significant improvements are necessary for all facets of service and food quality to reach their true potential.

I'm not sure how this restaurant has a 3.9-star rating. The quality of the food has decreased significantly, and considering the small portions, it simply isn't worth the price. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as 1 star.
I used to enjoy this restaurant about six months ago, but since they've hired new staff, the quality has really declined. I visited last week and specifically requested no chili on my burger, but when I got home—it was loaded with chili. The fries were ice cold, far from even being lukewarm, and I even found a hair in them. On another visit, I ordered a hamoumi and chicken wrap without capsicum relish, and I ended up with capsicum relish on it anyway. Overall, the food and service have been disappointing, and the atmosphere has also suffered. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
