Subway - Lansing

Ordered 23 but the attendant gave me a 33. No lids for my size drink. Realized they gave me the wrong sandwich so they made me the correct sandwich. I had to go back up and tell them they owed me money. They gave me back 64 cents back. I told them it should have been more. At that point the manager refigured it and gave me the right amount of change. Employee was friendly but the manager had an attitude.

Refused to take my valid coupon after they had already finished making my sandwich. That coupon was literally the only reason I went to Subway in the first place. Ended up paying way more than I was expecting, for less food.

Outrageously disrespectful staff and management. Wouldn’t want anyone working for here with how disrespectful and extremely unprofessional they are. Wouldn’t eat there either go to the one in Leavenworth.

Not much to write home about, so why the 4 stars? Well, it's close, it's clean, it's fast and the staff is friendly. I walked here from my hotel (stretch the legs out and get dinner). Flash flood out of nowhere rainstorm happened while inside. Staff gave me a huge trash bag and we cut holes in it to make a poncho so I could walk back to hotel. Very cool. Food is decent too.
