our special waitress was not very attentive. I had to fly a service employee to get a refill. all other service staff were very friendly. the food is very tasty, but the shakes are what they come for and the pommes. oh, and the price. that is actually a great burger restaurant. View all feedback.

I only had the best service I ever had at this place. added, my burger was made wrong for the first time, they are fast to fix the problem. they apologised (which is huge), then they ensured that I understood that they would do everything in their doing to correct it. they have made my burger fresh and after my specifications (with a smile). good service is hard to come and I really appreciate this experience. I recently received the best service I have ever had at this restaurant. While my burger was initially made incorrectly, the staff was quick to rectify the mistake. They apologized sincerely and assured me that they would make it right. They then prepared a fresh burger made exactly to my specifications, all with a smile. It is rare to find such excellent service, and I am truly grateful for this experience.
On Friday night, the restaurant was busy so I expected a wait. The waitress was incredibly friendly and the food was delicious.
We took our grandson here for his sixth birthday after Disney on Ice, and he absolutely loved it, especially the birthday cake milkshake. We enjoyed the sourdough patty melt with pepper jack cheese and grilled onions. The service is always top-notch, even at the drive-thru.
Great food always prepared hot and fresh!! There’s no inside dining which might be a leftover policy from Covid-19 concerns, but I ate outside at the picnic table! I had a kid’s Steak Burger with Cheese, Fries, and a Root-beer! Only $4.99!!! Perfect for that afternoon “light bite!”
Staff bust their butts too get out fresh Qaulity food. Shakes are very good and steak burgers are very good. Have patience when you go because they make everything fresh. One of my favorite restaurants to go too.
