They were out of the bacon topping : But the eggs were still fire even without. Plus they added a sweet treat to make up for it. Thanks guys! The chicken sandwich was nice, juicy and flavorful. And of course no order at saddleback is complete without the corn cake which was fire as usual!

The portion size for the sides do look small but they are very filling. I think it's the cups that's they are put in that makes them look smaller than whats actually inside of them.

The brisket, pulled pig and chicken are ridiculously good, and the sides are simply excellent. I would like to pay half more for what they charge for this food and still consider it as a bargain. I can't say enough good things about this place, and it was closer to my home or office, I would probably find myself there several times a week. As it is, Mrs. Fred and I have arranged our weekend Choirs so that we can easily find ourselves close by the lunchtime that we have begun to stop a habit weekly.

The sandwich is served on a Detroit Hawaiian bungalow and it comes with a hose made racket. I haven't read far enough to catch the in-laws before the order, but I took a fork and pushed most of it off. I was still with a damp, smoky pork sandwich that I accentuated with just a little of her sweet and spicy BBQ sauce they have in old liqueur bottles. I wasn't really in a hurry, but I started as I was. It was so good that I didn't want to give it up.
