Every time I visit, I hope they will finally get it right after 10 attempts, but they always manage to mess it up. Make sure to check your order before leaving the drive-through. They also frequently run out of items on their menu.

All the lemonades were empty, a... read more I have never been in a Panera this dirty before. There is trash all over the floors, under the soda stations, and on the tables. All the lemonades were empty, and when I asked for a refill so I could get a glass that I paid for, the employee said they were out of stock. What?! The food was still good, but the store manager should be ashamed of themselves for letting things get this bad.
