Since they out of avacdos I tried the BBQ chicken salad was amazing so many flavors I highly recommend it. The pizza was just ok didn't taste homemade. They have lemonade energy drinks nowwith caffeine,a good alternative choice then pop. The place was clean and cozy. They even had a fireplace going which was nicein a cold fall day.

It was basically just b... read more Ordered Thai Chicken Soup. Looked absolutely nothing like the photo. Unbelievably watery. Lacking flavor. Barely any ingredients inside. It was basically just broth. Also ordered a mango smoothie, and received a cup that was only 3/4 the way filled, andfull of ice that hadn't been crushed. Subpar food for exorbitant costs.

I asked for silverware and he said he had to give us plastic (which I was fine with) because the real silverware was just nasty . He did give others the nasty silverware. This isnt all of the story, but you get the picture We ordered the new savory sandwich. It was supposed to be anover easy egg. We got scrambled. We were to nervous to say anything because the cook had the most angry look on his face.I amall about tipping. But not today. Done with Panera. Please do better.

They ask me to pull over into parking spot number 5 an... read more If I could give this Panera a zero star I would. I ordered a pick two, soup and salad through drive thru. They ask me to pull over into parking spot number 5 and they would bring me out my order. I waited for 30 minutes! They never brought out my orderso I called the store, no one picks up my call. I then had to go inside to let them know that I have been waiting for 30 minutesfor my soup and salad and no one brought it out to me. All I l got was a measly I 'm sorry . I emailed customer service tocomplain and asked for a reply and I have yet to receive anything. It 's been about a month. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
