However, the kiosks don’t always recognize the coupons I use at checkout, which can be frustrating—technology can be hit or miss! As for the food quality, it’s not top-notch, but you can't expect too much since this is a casual spot in America. I’m just grateful to have something to eat. I recommend trying the cinnamon crunch bagels and visiting in the morning for freshly baked options. I’ve heard they bake overnight before opening. The cinnamon toast bagel with honey nut cream cheese is especially tasty!
