DO NOT TAKE ORDERS FROM THIS STORE. There System has over a 30 minute delay you could arrive there in 5 minutes and system doesn't start it till 30 minutes later. A huge waste of time for any delivery. Your company should not even offer this.

This location unfortunately has issue... read more I purchased a roasted turkey avocado BLT, however there was no avocado and I had already driven back to work 15 mins away. This location unfortunately has issues like this half the time I go (I wish I could stay away, but their mac and cheese is so comforting and I liked their baked goods too much), so it's really hit or miss. One time I called 30 mins ahead to order bagels for the office, I was put on hold for 25 mins than hung up on. A few times I ordered a large Mac with my pick two (paid the upcharge), only to realize later I was given a small. This location is notorious for running out of avocado, however up until now they've always told me when I'm ordering they don't have any so they either forgot to tell me or someone just forgot to put in on my sandwich. 90% of the time the staff is very pleasant, and the store manager seemed nice the one time I got to speak with them (they let me keep the small Mac they gave me in error and gave me the large like I ordered). If the slip ups weren't so consistent I'd give them a 4 star, but it's seriously every other time I go there. Also the drive through is VERY unfortunate. Once you get in you can't leave. When I go there for a specific item and they're sold out I have to wait sometimes 10 15 mins before I can leave the line, which sometimes means I have to race back to work with no lunch.

West Saginaw Panera is the best in Lansing. Panera in South Lansing runs every day from Bagels! The weekends at 11:00. I'm predicting it won't stay in business... read more West Saginaw Panera is the best in Lansing. Panera in South Lansing runs every day from Bagels! The weekends at 11:00. I'm predicting it won't stay in business very long. West Saginaw Panera, however, has a very friendly staff and always has food.

She had a good... read more At first, Olivia is very polite and when we told her we wanted a minute to decide what we wanted her not to be irritated like many other places. She had a good sense of humor and it was appreciated. The Speck Chipotle chicken pizza is so good!! Everything is so perfect. Nothing is overwhelming, but just mixed well. They blew my fiancen pizza by placing tomatoes on that he didn't want them. We point out, and they apologised immediately, began to make him a new one, and even take the mess in a box for us home and later eat. It was very appreciated as I had my tomato on it and like to have one to eat later. The Mac n cheese was very special. Not because it tastes bad or something, but only not my personal preference for Mac n cheese. The icy cinnamon crunch latte was also pretty good. The southwest Chili chicken salad was also very good. I love the dressing they use. He works directly on the street and I can already see several visits on the way home for me haha!
