Don't get me wrong, I love some of their food (pizza, Mac and cheese, baguettes) but the service is... read more So far I am not very impressed with the West Saginaw Panera. Don't get me wrong, I love some of their food (pizza, Mac and cheese, baguettes) but the service is not great. This Panera is almost always out of a majority of the menu and most of the time the food isn't a large portion when you do get it. I'm kind of disappointed because I love Panera, just not this specific location. . .

We brought our left ho... read more I loved having the choice of eating inside and outside. We wanted to eat outside. Food was great, tried something new (flat bread pizza). We brought our left home!! I wish I had experienced more disinfection, and or the tables that are wiped out outside, but otherwise great workers who have worked hard are helpful and do their work! I will come back The only thing I saw to be a problem was the ride thru and parking. Because if you accidentally parked on the page were the drive thru is you are locked because this place is also busy!

Single. Time. I come to Panera they get my order wrong. Like, every time. If I ask for an iced latte with almond milk, I’ll get a hot latte. If the next time I specify very carefully it’s iced, I’ll get it with regular milk. If I order a bowl with no meat or dairy, I’ll always get one or the other. This isn’t a one time thing it’s like I come to Panera bread expecting them to get my order wrong ?

West Saginaw Panera is the best in Lansing. Panera in South Lansing runs every day from Bagels! The weekends at 11:00. I'm predicting it won't stay in business... read more West Saginaw Panera is the best in Lansing. Panera in South Lansing runs every day from Bagels! The weekends at 11:00. I'm predicting it won't stay in business very long. West Saginaw Panera, however, has a very friendly staff and always has food.
