What User doesn't like about Long John Silver's Kfc:
I ordered a meal that included 10 pieces, 2 potatoes, and 4 cookies. Do you notice something missing? The gravy! For $29.00, I expected better. I gave you one last chance after my last order, which had raw cookies! Honestly, Kroger does a better job! View all feedback.
I ordered two fish dinner in the drive thru on 7/27/22 at 6:53 clock got huh (I did not see on the entrance). too far to go back, so I called. the man who answered the phone was rude, as the boom was on the entrance. he says I told you I hadn't told you. 1. I had difficultities, the LSJ elements (the majority was kfc,) 2. the casser said: "the half of the panel was at the bottom look up left", 3. I was frustrated only said "two 2pc fish dinner" repeated it at least twice. then he put the phone down without saying that never came back. I called back some time, but the phone was still hooked. this morning he said, "there was a hurry he didn't want to do that." hard to believe when I look at his unpleasant attitude last night and again this morning. he argued that I said l2 10 times, but I said fish! did this man really think that I would go through this much effort if I ordered intentionally huh?! a simple solution would have been an apology a offer to correct the order. he decided to be difficult and instead to argue with me! for the recording my chicken meal is still untouched in the refrigerator; my son was so hungry, so disappointed the others ate. I really wanted lsj fish, so I drove 30 minutes to get it! instead I was was wasting my time, gas money. very disappointed by the unpleasant reaction to my complaint. it will take a long time until I go back there (if at all). the last time I visited this facility was three years ago. the girl that placed my order was friendly, but somehow the order was entered wrong.
Drive thru women was very rude, wouldnt listen or comprehend what she was being told and then forget about it all and ask again. Then asks questions unrelated to the actual order and gets mad and an serious attitude a out it when it was her own fault
The service is awful. The menu for ljs is non existent. The place looks unkept.
Who ever cooks the chicken at this location cooks it to perfection.This location blows away all other locations.
Went through the drive thru. Not very busy on a Sunday just before noon. Relatively quick to get my food. The food was good.
